The difference between HI-AI-PI.

AI – Artificial Intelligence.

Last few years there has been a lot of discussion about Artificial Intelligence.

Artificial Intelligence is Artificial intelligence that leverages computers and machines to mimic the problem-solving and decision-making capabilities of the human mind.

Why is it called Artificial Intelligence?  Because it lacks emotions – Bhavana!

However, as technological ability developed by Humans based on the Human thought process and Human experience data, it is a brilliant logical effort to create and bring organized efficiency in human day-to-day living, possibly with long-term effects.

Please understand anything that is under the control of a group of people that impact a large mass, is definitely going to CORRUPT the controllers, it is human nature’s primordial instinct.

In 2017 Elon Musk called for regulation of AI development. According to NPR,  the  Tesla CEO was “clearly not thrilled” to be advocating for government scrutiny that could impact his own industry, but believed the risks of going completely without oversight are too high: “Normally the way regulations are set up is when a bunch of bad things happens, there’s a public outcry, and after many years a regulatory agency is set up to regulate that industry. It takes forever. That, in the past, has been bad but not something which represented a fundamental risk to the existence of civilization. In response, some politicians expressed skepticism about the wisdom of regulating a technology that is still in development. Responding both to Musk and to February 2017 proposals by European Union lawmakers to regulate AI and robotics, Intel CEO Brian Krzanich has argued that AI is in its infancy and that it is too early to regulate the technology. Instead of trying to regulate the technology itself, some scholars suggested developing common norms including requirements for the testing and transparency of algorithms, possibly in combination with some form of warranty.

The biggest downside of AI is

  • Data that generates the outcome for AI can be tweaked for desired outcomes. Bots – meaning & definition A ‘bot’ – short for robot – is a software program that performs automated, repetitive, pre-defined tasks. Bots typically imitate or replace human user behavior. Because they are automated, they operate much faster than human users.
  • Factional AI manipulation and distortion.
  • Unregulated – because regulations are yet to be developed to avert manipulation and distortion.
  • The reality is manipulated.

HI – Human Intelligence.

Human Intelligence is individualized wisdom based on personal experience that is assumed to be uploaded on the www without bias and as close as possible to the fact.

90% of information that a Human intellect processes is based on 3rd hand information from media, press, books, etc.

9 % of the information is derived from the personal experience of others (questionable ability to rationally process the data, authenticity of the facts, psychological biases, and possibly questionable intent).

Only 1% of the data that the human mind processes is its own experience and of which a very small percentage can actually process the experience in a manner that will reveal the true wisdom of life.

In such a scenario where does one get Authentic Intelligence?

Authentic Intelligence is inside and is directly linked to Pure Intent.

PI – Pure Intent will always deliver authentic intelligence to an individual, however, one has to learn the ability to apply Human Intelligence and derive wisdom. Only Pure Intent can overcome the negative aspects of AI.

  • Agreed AI can save lives, make things easier, and conquer chaos. Still, experts worry they can also put too much control in the hands of corporations and governments, perpetuate bias, create filter bubbles, cut choices, creativity, and serendipity, and could result in greater human mistrust and unrest.
  • There is a long history of analyses of how poor design, unintentional bias, and malicious interventions can cause algorithms to trigger huge financial losses, promote unfair decisions, violate laws, and even cause deaths (Weapon Robots)!!
  • One must ensure minimal dependency on Artificial Intelligence, USE AI only for day-to-day activities that will reduce human effort and improve efficiency consistently – until such time that there are strong, stringent, and universally acceptable laws, regulations, and punishment regimes in place for manipulation and distortion to create disruption to benefit personal/organizational/institutional/national vested interest.

Thus it is very important that algorithm designers and engineers have the PUREST INTENT And FOCUS when they are designing algorithms.

The Purest Intent for Humanity today is to accomplish Peace and Equality (racially, regionally, and economically).

As of Dec 2022: there are no specific laws in India with regard to regulating AI, and ML. Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY), the executive agency for AI-related strategies, recently constituted four committees to bring in a policy framework for AI

Purity of Intent should be the first chapter in the AI Laws of India from inception and fortified as we India grows to be an economic giant in the years to come. Once this is done perfectly NO other civilization will ever come close to the Sanatan Dharma philosophy which originated in the Land today called INDIA.
