LIFE IS A MASTER SCULPTOR !
If one does not make a mistake, one does not suffer, if one does not suffer then the individual does not grow to know.
Sanskrit is a language of the wise.
Ved means sacred knowledge.
Vedana means pain/suffering – in the absence of the sacred knowledge, we humans suffer.
Vedanā refers to the pleasant, unpleasant and neutral sensations that occur when our internal sense organs come into contact with external sense objects and the associated consciousness. s
Vedant means the end of suffering – as soon as the TRUTH is realized, the suffering ends.
Vedana is the outcome of energy imbalance between any two things (living / non living).
Example: When cold water is sprayed on a hot plate there is Vedana. Eventually as one keeps spaying cold water on the hot plate the energy differential reduces and the Vedana ends, in the process the true nature of neither water nor the metal plate changes. Similarly, we all humans are different and what causes Vedana is the energy differential caused by unregulated thoughts, emotions and words.
Humans are emotional beings and emotions is energy in motion. Now, let’s see some of the emotions that cause energy differentials. Some of the most common negative emotions that humans exhibit are:
- Superiority Complex
- Know all attitude
To make matters worse there is also a tendency to camouflage these feeling with fake external expression, which is much more dangerous than actually expressing the emotion and letting it go and releasing it once and for all. Holding on to such negative emotions internally causes inner conflict (psychological distress) and it is just a matter of time that things will go absolutely out of balance internally and then there is no saying how an individual will react to such an imbalance within.
Understand that feelings are far more powerful than the cognitive ability of an individual, therefore you see some on the most intellectual people do the silliest of the things. In today’s world majority of humanity is suffering from pent up negative emotions stored within them and are unable to release these emotions and free themselves to live a life of contentment and peace that is blessed upon us.
Individual who have understood this and are releasing these pent-up emotions and are refraining from creating more such negative emotions are finding the joy of life. It is important to be very careful about our thoughts, words and actions ensuring that these don’t generate any Vedana in others, because it will only come back to the originator. When one simply thinks negative about someone, it generates an emotion , so even if you have NOT said or done anything, internally the thought has created the negative energy and that energy will create a negative situation.
How does one release, resolve and rise above Vedana.
- BE AWARE – DON’T THINK, SAY OR DO TO OTHERS WHAT YOU DON’T WANT DONE TO YOU.
- DON’T JUDGE ANYONE.
- SEND POSITIVE ENERGY AND POSITIVE EMOTIONS TO EVERYONE.
- WORK INTERNALLY ON YOURSELF – MEDITATE; RESOLVE EMOTIONS INTERNALLY.
- HAVE PATIENCE.
Once the Vedana starts reducing – Ved will start emerging and Vedant will occur naturally.
DO NOT EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF HATING OR JUDGING ANYONE, IT WILL RETURN BACK ONLY TO YOU.
BE AWARE OF YOUR THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS EVERY MOMENT.
WORDS CAN BE THE MOST POTENT INSTRUMENT OF HURT! CHOOSE YOUR WORDS CAREFULLY!
GREATNESS IS THE ABILITY TO ABSORB AGGRESSION!
ALL CONFLICTS WILL BE RESOLVED NATURALLY!
VED IS – WE ARE ALL ONE !
